Service Description

This workshop is for grown ups and students 5 and up only ! ($35 per person) We will offer a 45 min relaxing yoga flow as we unwind with calming breath work and practice love in our body as well as in our relationships with each other. After class we will have a “fizzy bath salt bar” set up where you can create your own bath salts to take home and continue the relaxation!
